All of the things you address were added by the customer :-) I wanted
to post it as-is so I could get feedback to see if the changes were
causing the speed issue.

Here is my RPG CGI base config:
Listen *:8181

DocumentRoot /www/myrxs/htdocs

ScriptAliasMatch ^/MYRXS/(.*) /qsys.lib/MYRXS.lib/$1.pgm
