This is essential for any web applicaiton, and also for anything running a JVM - JVMs do not work and play well with i5/OS memory management. Anyway, look at the "storage size" component of the POOLS keyword on the CRTSBSD command. By specifying an integer value, you will assign the much physical memory to the pool. This memory is dedicated to that subsystem (and thus, not available to other subsystems).
