Try putting this in your definitions. it's been awhile, but I think
shows your the resolved SQL statement and maybe even the actual error
message.

%DEFINE {
SHOWSQL = "YES"
%}

if that doesn't work, try putting this in your DB2WWW initiator source member:

DTW_SHOWSQL YES
