ADMIN webserver member is gone -- WEB400

Can in today and found the Apache ADMIN server would not star because
the member in QATMHINSTC was missing. Could someone send me what they
have in their file? It looks to be just a pointer to a directory in the
IFS where the conf file exists. I think it should ne
/USerdata/HTTPA/admin but want to confirm that
