At Common I spent a considerable amt of time talking to Doug Slater at IBM
for info on Hats, Webfacing , and the converging of the 2 products. He would be a good person to contact, and can point you in the right direction. I can't find his card right now, but he should be easy to find within IBM.

Yes, I posted there a week ago and didn't get a response.
I am only  seeing 2 or 3 posts a day and days before a
response is posted (in some  cases).

I need to move faster than that.....scratch that, I'd just
as soon slow  down...customer needs it right
away....coming off of JWalk.
