That's like asking to know the internal differences between a NASCAR car
and an Indy car, who cares, they're both fast. In the right hands
they'll both blow the doors off anything else, in the wrong hands
they're difficult to handle at best, and deadly at worst.
I'll even give people that ASP.NET is the NASCAR car, it's only useful
if you're making left turns (running on Windows) where STRUTS/Java can
run anywhere. Of course, if you're only on a track w/left turns, the
fact that you can go right doesn't really matter.

Bottom line is, they both perform wonderfully when written well, and
perform like crap when written poorly.
If you've got a MS background go w/ASP.NET. If you have a Java
background go with STRUTS, if you don't have a background in either find
someone that does.
