Agreed, but you're adding a whole additional level of functionality.  Some
things you can expect your green screen programmers to learn, some you
probably shouldn't.  I think UI design falls in the latter category, along
with things like PC network setup or Domino/Notes administration.  If you
choose to add that technology, you need the support for it.

Note this isn't to say that green screen programmers CAN'T learn this stuff;
to the contrary, many can and do.  But it shouldn't be EXPECTED of them.  I
wouldn't think it appropriate for the boss to come in one day and say, "Hey!
We need to enable all our applications for B2C web access!  I'm sure you all
can handle it just fine."
