This may be a dumb question, but are you going to https://as400 instead of
http://as400:443?

I had the load module statement, but I didn't have a SSLEnable statement. I
added the SSLEnable, and it didn't do anything.

I found an iSeries...you need SSLEnable...

LoadModule ibm_ssl_module /QSYS.LIB/QHTTPSVR.LIB/QZSRVSSL.SRVPGM
SSLEnable
SSLAppName QIBM_HTTP_SERVER_WEBFACING (or whatever...)

These should be automatically added when you enable SSL.
