Yes, AFAIK.  Unless there has been a change, I believe that iSeries Access
MUST be started on the PC.  The emulator (I guess even Mochasoft now)
contacts the PC running PC organizer (STRPCO)

Does the end user have to have Client Access loaded on their PC before
STRPCO and STRPCCMD will work?

MochaSoft(version 7.6) works with STRPCO and STRPCCMD.
