OK... here's how I like doing it... 

While writing Standard out, 
Line one of the OUTPUT is as follows;
Content-Type: text/ssi-html

<stuff>
</stuff>

Meta crap is read some of the times, and just disappointed me.  Writing in the 
header, now THAT was cool.  I did cookies in there as well, DAMN effective way 
of setting them.  Not javascript nothing.  FAR more controllable.  You couldn't 
turn off Javascripting and kill a site.
