Is "enctype=multipart/form-data" supported in the IBM HTTP server...?

I am running An IBM Http server on a V4.3.0 system.
The licpgm installed is 5769DG1 - IBM HTTP SERVER FOR AS400
The "SERVER_SOFTWARE" CGI environnment variable contains
"Domino-Go-Webserver/5.0".

I can't upload files using "enctype=multipart/form-data"... The server
doesn't seem to recognize this enctype...

Does someone know if this "enctype" is supported by this HTTP server
release?? and if there is a PTF to fix that??
