i guess you don't have any image, .css or JavaScript in your generated page
or they're coming from another server/instance.

Otherwise the requests for those files will also be processed by your CGI -
which most likely will be overstrained with that. ;-)

Then you'll end up with a "normal" approach, which is reacting on a part of
the request and making it a CGI call.

When you are at that point, you can't easily prevent a user from
http://myserver/qsys.lib/yourlib.lib/anothercgi-pgm .

That's one of the reasons why most people create a special CGI library
where those programs reside that browser users are allowed to call and
QTMHHTP1 has only rights for that library.
