× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Yup.  You need to enable UTF-8 in Tomcat (I don't know how) or turn it off
in your project.  I'm trying to look that up now, but there's some help in
the WDSc about that.  Look for UTF-8 and WebSphere Test Environment.  I know
you're using Tomcat, but I'm pretty sure that's the setting you need to hit.
