Thank you.  I shut the server down and started it again.  When I use "Run
on Server" in the WebFacing Projects Persepective of WDS, it brings up the
Start Menu with the link to click to launch the app - I click it and it
shows some progress on the status bar, but it never brings anything up in
the browser window.

Try endtcpsvr *webfacing.  There are two jobs that need to terminate:

QQFVTSVR    QUSER       BATCHI   ACTIVE            PGM-QQFVTSVR
QQFWFSVR    QUSER       BATCHI   ACTIVE            PGM-QQFWFSVR

If they don't terminate in 5 minutes, kill them.

Then strtcpsvr *webfacing.  Once you get the QSYSJOBD completed message,
close your browser, then re-open it.  Do not refresh it.
