Ok.  With ten (10) concurrent client threads, I tested:

http://www.reliatek.com/cgi-bin/iteminq?SUB=CAB

The end-user response times ranged from 4 seconds to 188 seconds per
hit.
My guess is that your HTTP Server started ten (10) BCI Jobs to handle
the
workload.  Is that correct?
