I have two source files, one for static pages and one for macros.  I have the
permisions for QTMHHTTP  *use the static and *exclude the macros and for
QTMHHTP1 the other way around.  The intention is to make imposible to show the
source code or to execute a static page.   I ended up with very few static
pages, so it is not a real problem.  I can easily put them in the IFS.
That will solve the problem, but leave my curiosity insatisfied.
