CGIDEV2 and non-buffered output -- WEB400

Is there a way to turn off CGIDEV2's output "buffering"? That is, I want to
see output on the web browser as soon as possible as opposed to the "all at
once" method of buffering all HTML output until the page is complete. Would
calling the "*FINI" tag multiple times achieve this goal?
