I don't know a ton about WAS (at least not yet), but it seems to me that it
can't find the application you created on the server to run your application
in.  My suggestion is to first make sure you have all of your directories in
Studio set correctly - it may be looking in the wrong place or something for
the application settings you put together when you created your server
application in Admin.

Beyond that, I don't know what to tell you, aside from making sure that all
of your application settings on the server for TestApp are put together
correctly.

Hope this may at least spark a thought to help out...
