FYI - PTF warning to CGI pgm writers

I received some ECS ptfs this week, I applied them -
V5R1 for product ID 5722999
then my cgi programs started to function abnormal,
All I had to do was re-compile them, but it was not
pretty as many customers where using the SRP maint
for a day after the hose up - I do not know for sure which
ptf it was, but these are the ones I got.

and of course had to end and restart the http server -
oh too, I am running the classic http server - I don't have time
right now to even think about apache..
