v5r1 help requested -- WEB400

I have an error, when I call the cgi program i get the following error,


     07 - Information was not found for the requested product.
     08 - The product ID contains characters that are not 0 through 9 or A
   through Z.
 Recovery  . . . :   The product ID 5769DG1, release V5R1M0, product option
   0000,load ID *CODE and format PRDR0100, requested is not valid.  Specify
   valid product and format information then try the request again.


the code is the 07 for the error, what went wrong with my upgrade from V4R5
to V5R1..
