RE: HTTP 500-more

Jim,

That's what I had to do (change the binding directories & recompile).  None
of my rpg cgi programs would work.  Maybe there is a better way but I didn't
have the luxury of time to find out.

And it isn't just the getenv api - I found the problem with the QtmhStout
api.
