Close-Wait state

Title: Close-Wait state

Hi,

        We are seeing problems with the IP stack which for some reason all of a sudden will maintain IP Connections in a Close-Wait state. The consequence is that no new connections are established and ones which are will be Very slow ?

        Any ideas, has anyone else seen this ?
