if they are a customer- i don't care. it's one thing to sell
to a small community of techs, and another to sell to the world. millions of
web tv & win 3.1 & macs & whatever. for me to write a site
that say's "only viewable with ... or above is suicide. yeah -
 i can't put the latest, greatest on the page, but who is the
customer here? Check out http://www.useit.com/
for tips on creating sites easy to use by the masses.
