Nothing wrong with going crazy when things work. It's just a different kind of crazy, a little more upbeat.

So, instead of going crazy when something DOESN'T work like you think it should, you can verify it on the previous version!

So far, this new RDI 9.5.1 seems pretty stable!

WooHoo! On my open PMR 92183,442,000, I got test fix-pack for the Find-Next Error, which I use ALL THE TIME!
Yeah! I cannot believe how fast IBM was on this issue! Thank you!

Now, I have no road blocks to using RDI 9.5.1. Although I won't start using full time until next week. Only because I have huge roll-out this weekend.

On any new release on RDI, it is a good idea to have two separate installs of RDI version. So, instead of going crazy when something does work like you think it should, you can verify it on the previous version!

Yes, I am a HAPPY-CAMPER at this point!

I like the update to Outline view, and that the filter selected seems to always work with a single click!

Now I can import/export to get my setting the same. But, I think I missing the way to save color changes for Lpex, and import them into my new work space.

Hi,

After installing RDI 9.5.1, I am NOT HAPPY.

I went to the IBM installation manager, and tried to perform a rollback. And I got this message:

"No previous versions of the installed packages are available for rollback."

I have installed RDI 9.5.0.1 from scratch, and then upgraded back to RDi 9.5.0.3. Now my shortcuts keys to find compile errors is working again.

Side by side testing of RDI versions is required when new Beta packages are released.

Pity, I was very much looking forward to this new release. I will others do the beta testing whom have the spare time.

PS. One thing I found working on this beta release, is that the double-click on the filter selection finally got fixed back to a SINGLE click.

Oh well, back to RDi 9.5.0.3 for now... <frown>

Hi,

Just installed RDi 9.5.1, and the Find next error (ctrl+. Next) & (ctrl+, previous) in LPEX NO LONGER WORKS!

Opened PMR# 92183,442,000 Find Next compile error is BROKEN. both icon and shortcut key!

It would be great if a service pack release would NOT break existing functionality.
