The watch point feature is available for RDi, but it is only available in
the debug editor. You can right click on the variable inside the editor and
select the "Add Watch Breakpoint..." action to set a watch point.

OK, maybe I am hallucinating...but in debug I recall the ability to set
breakpoints at a variable level in earlier versions of RDi. I could right
click in the Breakpoints view and select a watch on a variable. Now I
don't see that option anymore. I can do stuff to condition a breakpoint at
a line level. But no longer at a watch level for a variable.
