The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Not all of the Local Help is available at initial install.

Note that the install process for Local Help is the same as for other RDi
plug-ins, (HELP>INSTALL NEW SOFTWARE) - which means you <may> find you're
able to install Local Help even if you don't have The Power.
