For fields that are not referenced anywhere else, the fields usually
doesn't have an expansion icon beside it, so, you can use that as a kind of
workaround. I could not find a way to tell the view to not show these
types of items.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Exclude referenced fields from outline view?
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

I just tracked down a bug in a program that uses data structure I/O. It
was referencing the database field but the program had read the record into
a data structure. I found it by looking at the outline view and finding
the reference there to just the field name - pretty cool - love outline.

BUT..... I had to wade through a LOT of fields that, obviously, are never
referenced. Is there a way to exclude those on the live outline?

Thanks.
