I agree that the output generated from using "LLP" on a source member should produce similar results as PDM. This would include the Sequence # as well as the Change Date, as both are important to our development team.

This sounds like me working with an SEU colleague.

It's /definitely/ easier to draw on paper sometimes; especially to fill in variable values for a 'desk test run'. That sounds like an RFE to me... some way to add annotation to a team-shared bit of code.
