I followed the instructions in the wiki article and found that I don't have the options described. I have:
IBM I http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_72 Enabled
IBM Rational Developer for I http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.5.0 Enabled

Why don't I have a Local option?
