Not insulting, it just did not fit with how I worked at the time and SEU
was just quicker for me. I remember thinking it just didn't "feel" right.

I did not know we were moving away from DDS. I better get on the ball.
Not sure how I would make a display file without it, though. I still use
SDA for that.

Now steady on ... no need for insults!! In its day CODE/400 was (In My
Humble Opinion) a decent product. OK, IBM killed it at birth by making it
OS/2-only. When they _did_ make a Windows version available, it cost a
princely sum. It was eventually bundled in "free" with ADTS, but by then
had become obsolete. (WDT/WDSc was on the ascendency).

I still have a soft spot for Code Designer for screen and report layouts.
Easier to use, (my opinion again) than the Screen/Report Designer in RDi.
(Less of an issue these days as we move away from DDS.)
