Remote System Explorer***

Change the preference for the default perspective.

Under Windows, Preferences, General, Perspectives 'Remote System Explorer'
will be selected as the default. But you can change it any one of the
perspectives you've listed that you do want to always be open--probably
'IBM i Editing'.
