Re: Java SDK Update

Eric,

Is it available to download the Java SDK Update and package it with a
local update repository or do we have to allow Installation Manager to
'Search service repositories...'? I have several developers for which I
manage the install/update image. It would be an easy update for me if I
can package it right into our local repository.

Kurt,

The product fixpacks frequently will have an updated level of the Java

SDK

that is part of the product in order to pick up fixes to the Java SDK.

There are some security fixes to the Java SDK that IBM wants addressed

as

quickly as possible so that customers are not affected. In those cases,

we

will ship updates just to the Java SDK instead of waiting for including
them in the next product fixpack.
