Further, but not quite there yet.

I get to the Update Packages screen. I click the Update button, and a progress bar appears at the bottom. It takes a couple of minutes, the bar fills up and it goes back to the Update Packages screen. The first time I tried it, it asked if I wanted to save the files that had been downloaded. It just keeps going in a loop.

The IBM servers hosting the product update used by Installation Manager are now responding. For anyone who had an issue, please try it again.

As for the FixCentral site hosting the product update zip file, FixCentral is still posting a notice about the problem but I am now able to do the download. So, please give it a try.

Thanks,
Eric

Apparently a "network-issue", IBM called me back, and asked me to try again. My download was less than a minute for approx. 30-megs. The install process took under 5-minutes for me.
approximate times, I did not use a stop watch. <grin>

I have been working on WDSC/RDP/RDI since 6.0 for over 9-years, soon to be 10-years. <Big Smile>

This afternoon IBM support is going to walk me through the update this process this afternoon!

Same here. Gave up on IM, went to Fix Central via the link in the fixes list. After 24 minutes, it is also still "Identifying fixes"...

I don't understand why this has to be so difficult all the time.

Same here - first thought I'd turn off the proxy, since I'm not at the

I DID get the update to IM.

I'm also experiencing a delay looking for an update. How long
before a
delay becomes a hang? Its been search for about 5 minutes for me.
Just letting you know, its not just you.
