Hm, seems that I am talking to myself. The problem is back again. I
can start WDSCi 7.0, which is good. But I cannot start an Eclipse
test application, which is bad. The symptoms are the same as it has
been with WDSCi. The test application tries to start again and again
with no success, until I click the "Terminate" button of the "Console"

Never mind.

Although I am pretty sure that I already tried to start it with the
"-clean" option (that is what we all usually do first), it works
again, now. It does not work without "-clean", but that is a minor
