I would second this comment.
Most if not all of the modern CMS have RDI plug-ins. The ones I have used, TurnOver MDCMS do. I touched ACARD, but never implemented and they have one. Working within their plugin results in the correct compile command being used.
This based solely on my own trials and tribulations. Yours may vary. :)

I believe ARCAD has plugins for RDi. I would assume that it would provide their compiler actions?
