The updates are available to you regardless of SWMA.  I'd give the IM
update another go and if that still fails then just download the RDI
9.1.1.1 update and apply it locally.  Hint - even with a PMR I'd tell you
the same thing ;)

Thanks for that Mike.  I was instructed to open a PMR. Turns out there are
some issues concerning whether or not I have a SMA on RDi.  SysAdmin is
chasing that now.  I might not get the updates for awhile as that gets
resolved.  Wish me luck!
