All,
Disclaimer: I am just a "Indian" here and have no direct voice in policy.

Given that most of the clients I work on are at release 6.1, and a strict
policy at my company is that free form is marginally acceptable (sub
procedures are barely tolerated) and the new full free form is not
permitted at all, what benefits are there in upgrading my version of RDi.

Since we have a site licence and are an IBM Business Partner, I have been
told that there is no additional charge for the licence key, but the CIO is
always "too busy" to fill out and submit the "paper work" needed to get the
new licence key.

If I could present a list of actual benefits, perhaps that would help.
There are only about 5 programmers out of about 50+ here that actually use
RDi. The rest just use SEU/SDA, even though those of us who are using RDi
have touted its benefits to management.
