Window, Preferences, General -> Appearance -> Label Decorators

Then scroll down the list to 'iSphere - Display Object and Source
Descriptions' -- check it and you're good to go.

I do have iSphere loaded but since I had to reload it, the text doesn't
show.
What do I do to turn it on?
