The other gotcha is that this program contains /COPY source. It is generally not in my library list but I can add it.

I recently upgraded to 9.1.1 and it seems to me that I did not have this problem previous and was able to debug without the error. I'm wondering - hoping is perhaps on the upgrade there is some configuration that I whacked.

Edmund says that /eof in a /copy will cause this in 9.1.1 and it is a bug. He suggests opening a PMR.
