Karl,

I sort of wish they would upgrade RDI to use Eclipse 4.4, since it has awesome color control and themes...

The color themes do not work so well in eclipse 4.2, which RDI is based on...

But, I did change my colors in the windows Control panel, and that works slightly better.

I really miss in Eclipse 3.7, where I could make the Active Window BRIGHT RED. Then I had ZERO confusion on which window was ACTIVE. That use to save me tons of aggravation!!!

For now, I use a slightly darker theme in Windows. I still have to do my customized colors for LPEX as always...

Check this out:

Color Control for the whole Eclipse is much better in 4.4

I would recommend playing with the colors in Eclipse 4.2 stand alone, before trying them on RDI, which is based on Eclipse 4.2

Subject: [WDSCI-L] RDP 9.1.1 and customize color tab

Hello,

We just move from RDP 8.0.3 to RDP 9.1.1 and we are no longer able to customize the font and the color of the tabs.
In Window -> Preference -> General -> Appearance -> Colors and Fonts -> View and Editor Folder.

Whatever color that we change, nothing get changed in rdp (even when we
restart)

The preview pannel on the bottom show the new color correctly but the change gets never applied.

Is someone able to modify this setting in 9.1.1 ?

Thank you,

Karl
