Others have noted the Alt-l but here is a link to the wiki showing that and other hotkeys\shortcuts; e.g. alt-K for upper casing within the context of Block Editing:

I don't know what I did but I think I had a section of code selected
and something I did changed the first letter of every variable name
in that section, AND THE LITERALS, to lowercase.

I did not see a shortcut noting camelCase for which [presumably] that effect would be expected.?
