I love the BEEPS! It also beeps when I go beyond the length of source on RPGLE!

Luckily, my keyboard has separate Mute & Volume controls!

And when I save my source, it also lets me know that the source was truncated when uploaded to the IBM i system.

Overall, this is a GOOD Design. I WANT to be alerted! <grin>

Although having the option to turn it off isn't bad either...
<grin>

Subject: [WDSCI-L] A added an RFE for CL

When you type a CL command and go beyond 80 characters, RDi beeps at your every keystroke. If you have automatic formatting turned on, this is totally unnecessary and very irritating to you and anyone within earshot.
I added an RFE asking for a way to turn off this behavior.

Please vote for it if you find it irritating. If you don't find it irritating, maybe you can explain to me why not. . ;-)

Thanks,
Michael Quigley
