There is only one situation where I see any sort of sluggishness:
Open an old text copy of a program in Notepad
Select all text
Copy
Paste in RDi

If I do this, with a large piece of code, I can watch the text slowly
paste into the RDi screen. Takes maybe 1-2 seconds for 500 lines of code.

Other that this, I never see any cursor stutter. I have 'Update Outline
View' enabled.
