I think its ctrl+shift+f5 but with live parsing active there is almost
no reason to.

Ctrl + F7 will cycle between views.
F12 will take you from any other view to the editor.

I don't suppose there is a shortcut key for refreshing the outline view?

Has anyone found a way to do that?
