Speaking of which, today I made another attempt
to get RDi 9.0.1 but during the update, Install
Manager attempted to connect to a site which
had a "re-direct" and I was never able to make
that, re-directed, connection ?

Guess I try again tomorrow.

I had already done these steps, but I did them again anyway, just to be sure. Sure enough, when I did I realized that the first time the job had not ended well and I'd never fixed the failure.

Thank you for the help.

Martin,

Brief Instructions:

1.) Close down RDI
2.) Start "IBM INSTALLATION MANAGER" as Administrator
3.) Click the "UPDATE" icon inside the "IBM INSTALLATION" manager
4.) Follow through on the wizard, except license, and other questions.

If you have RDi 9, this should update you to RDi 9.0.1

This first service pack has many great fixes/patches. And some wonderful enhancements too!!!

Enjoy!

PS. My hats off to the wonderful hard working Rational Developer Team! Thank you VERY MUCH!!!

I am pretty sure I do not understand what I am to do.

I clicked "Updates" and it told me there are none. Is there another process to get the fix?
