Buck. There is a little bug in iSphere. The version of the iSphere library
on the host is incompatible with the version of iSphere on your client. When
you extend a spooled file filter in the spooled file subsystem you should
get a message in a window that the client and the server versions are
incompatible. Due to the bug this message doesn`t appear. I have put a new
version of iSphere with the fixed bug on our homepage. Download and install
it. After that try to display the spooled files in the spooled files
subsystem again. You should get now the message in a window. When you get
this window delete the old iSphere library on the host and transfer the new
iSphere library to the host once again. After this you should be able to see
your spooled files.

Buck, please navigate with the Windows Explorer to your workspace.
Within your workspace there is a directory ".metadata". Within this
directory there is a file .log. Open this file with for example
notepad and go to the end of the file. Dou you see any entries which point
to an error in iSphere?

No entries related to iSphere.

Have you transferred the new iSphere library to the host?

I'm not sure if it transferred. After I get the window 'Transfer iSphere
library' and click the Start Transfer button, I get the message '!!! Library
ISPHERE does already exist !!!' - which I expect, since I had iSphere
installed earlier. But I get no further messages - this window just stays
open.

The user profile has full authority - it is the same profile I used the last
time I installed iSphere.
