Hi Charles,

I just had to go through that.

You should be able to email srhelp@xxxxxxx and they can hopefully fix it for you. My RDi entitlements were recently moved to PAO and for a while I couldn't enter service requests (legitimately). Emailing srhelp@xxxxxxx was the answer, they fixed my login to reflect the entitlement so I could enter service requests.

Hope that helps,
Kurt

I would...if I could figure out how to add my passport advantage customer number to my IBM ID so it'd let me open a PMR...

I'm seeing the same thing on RDi 9.0.0.1

Note, the reference to the file format shows if you turn off the live
outline view...

For clarification, in Outline View under files, the fields being

The outline View, just does not show reference to the "WRITE"
statement
on
the Record-Format inside of the Local sub-procedure, that has NO
Local Variables...

Hope this clarifies!

And yes, I am looking at the "Global Definitions" at the TOP under
"Files"...

That the Good part, is that the individual fields ARE shown in the
OUTLINE
view! That part does work!
