I'm seeing the same thing on RDi 9.0.0.1

Note, the reference to the file format shows if you turn off the live
outline view...

The outline View, just does not show reference to the "WRITE" statement on
the Record-Format inside of the Local sub-procedure, that has NO Local

And yes, I am looking at the "Global Definitions" at the TOP under
"Files"...

That the Good part, is that the individual fields ARE shown in the OUTLINE
view! That part does work!
