I don't have a "steady mouse hand" and have trouble
selecting one character fields so I can move them on
the Design screen.

Sometimes it seems the editor is "moody" and hovering
like for-ev-er fails to produce the "move icon".

Not a problem for wider fields.

Is there any way to "force" the cursor to change into the
"crossed arrows" required to move a field?
