Hmm, maybe that's good news because if this
did not come up this past week maybe one of
the Rational Team will come up with a fix.

No, this is new. I just started trying to install the fix last night. I don't have a solution.

I'm sure I had trouble installing the 8.x version as well. It took me a while to get 9.0.0.1 installed, then just a few days after that, I heard about the fix and decided to install it.

Sean, Thanks: remember your post now but did not make the connection.

Seems like I saw a "fix" for 9.0.1 install blues, but did not keep emails from last week, so maybe need to comb thru midrange lists, probably not before 2014 . . .

That's the same thing I got, trying to update the Linux install. IMM didn't find the updates on its own, so I downloaded the patch, extracted the zip files, and added the new disk1 to my repository before getting that error.

I am running on a temp license because ops mgr is "waiting on the keys".

Using IBM Installation Manager, I get:

CRIMA161E: Failed to find required installation files.

And several similar to:

CRIMC1020E: plug-in org.exlipse.swt.cocoa.macosx.x86_64_3.100.2.v20130515-1831 not found

"macosx" appears in all nine of the files listed as not found.
